About Gregory
Gregory Holmes is a lifelong resident of Prince George’s County, Maryland. Gregory’s most stellar achievement is and continues to be his family. He has been married to his wife, Marlo, for 27 years. He and Marlo have two sons, Devin and Jayden and a puppy named JoJo. As one of four children, Gregory has a naturally instilled sense of family. As a Christian, Gregory believes that through faith and purpose, ordinary people can do extraordinary things. For the past three years he and his wife served as Facilitators for their church’s couple’s ministry class.

New Leadership Matters
Gregory has a wealth of experience in corporate business development from one of the largest supply chain and logistics companies in the world.
Gregory currently serves a consultant to small businesses in the Washington Metropolitan area. With a focus on building business relationships with governments and private corporations, he works to create contracting opportunities for businesses. Through his work with community banks, local business and other partners, he has built a sustainable pipeline of projects that bring new jobs to the region. Gregory has over 20 years of leadership in both private and government sectors. He has proven track record as a successful business broker.
Serving The Community: Co-founded Black Homes Matter
Gregory has been making positive impact in Prince George’s County for decades. In 2020, Gregory served as a Joe Biden for President Delegate to Democratic National Convention. He launched the Maryland Black Businesses Matter initiative to empower the economic and financial growth of minority owned businesses.
In 2021, he founded the Black Homes Matter movement, which called for the dismantlement of racial bias in home appraisals in Maryland and beyond.
Now, Gregory is running to serve Maryland’s Fourth Congressional District, to represent the area he has called home his whole life. In Congress, Gregory will work to put Maryland families first, and ensure that economic and education opportunities are made available to everyone in the region and will work to bring good paying jobs to the district.
